PURPOSE: A hybrid uninterruptible power supply system using a fuel cell, and a controlling method thereof are provided to immediately supply a normal power source without the delay time at the initial turnover for extending the lifetime of the fuel cell. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid uninterruptible power supply system using a fuel cell comprises the following: a system power source unit(100) supplying commercial alternating current electricity; a fuel cell unit(110) generating the direct current; a secondary battery unit(120) being charged by the direct current from the fuel cell unit, and discharging the direct current; a conversion unit(130) outputting the direct current after converting into the alternating current; and a power controller(140) controlling and monitoring the fuel cell unit and the conversion unit. |
