PURPOSE: Noodles with pores for uniformly inserting seasonings, and a producing method thereof are provided to reduce the addition content of sodium of cooked noodles. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of noodles with pores for uniformly inserting seasonings comprises the following steps: inserting dough including grains and salt water into an extruder; discharging the dough through an outlet of the extruder to obtain the noodles(50); forming the pores(52) on the noodles using a perforating machine(22) formed with plural needle assemblies; and cutting and drying the noodles with the pores. The pores are formed by laser beam emitted from the perforating machine with an air jet injection body. |
