PURPOSE: A Cultivation method of Lentinus edodes using a heat pipe thermo-hygrostat is provided to improve the efficiency of a condenser using the evaporation and the condensation of a heating element inside a heat-pipe cooling device. CONSTITUTION: A Cultivation method of Lentinus edodes using a heat pipe thermo-hygrostat comprises a step of cutting oak(100) injected with Lentinus edodes spawns into 20-50cm, and a step of cultivating the Lentinus edodes by using the heat pipe thermo-hygrostat. The heat pipe thermo-hygrostat includes the following: an aluminum radiator plate for cooling coil(40) cooling inflowing air inside a main body and removing the moisture from the air by condensing; an electric heater(20) heating the air and maintaining the proper temperature; and first and second heat pipes(32, 34) pre-cooling and re-heating the air.
