PURPOSE: A foreign material removal device for ships of offshore structures is provided to easily remove foreign materials and wastewater remaining on the inner bottom surface of ships or offshore structures which are piled up on the outdoor site after being completed in a first painting work. CONSTITUTION: A foreign material removal device for ships or offshore structures comprises an air compressor(110), a heating unit(120), a carriage(130), a suction force generating part(140), and a dust collecting tank(150). The air compressor supplies compressed air. The heating unit is connected to the air compressor and a path to heat the compressed air. A spraying port is formed in the carriage. Through the spraying port, the air heated in the heating unit is sprayed on the inner bottom surface of ships or offshore structures piled up on the outdoor site after being completed in a first painting work. The carriage drives along the inner bottom surface of the ships or offshore structures. When the compressed air sprayed from the spraying port of the carriage is scattered by crushing on the inner bottom surface of the ships or offshore structures, the suction force generating part provides suction force to a suction port of the carriage so that waste water and foreign materials contained in the scattered air can be drawn into the suction port. The dust collecting tank is connected to the suction force generating part through the path to store the foreign materials and waste water drawn into the suction port.
