PURPOSE: A stop lamp switch is provided to prevent contact fail due to the inflow of foreign substance by forming a contact point part within housing with a permanent magnet and to solve a problem of a chattering signal generated by the shaking of the contact point part. CONSTITUTION: A contact point part(160) is separated into tow portions with a downward motion of a lod. One or more embosses are formed on the plane which is separated. The contact point part is formed into a permanent magnet which can be separated into the two portions. The contact point part determines the connection of an electric wire. A housing(100) comprises a hanging projection(190) for limiting the downward motion of the lod. The housing surrounds the lod and the contact point part.
