PURPOSE: A femtocell resource allocation device for allocating femtocell resource using genetic algorithm is provided to maximize total channel capacity by using allocating optimal frequency assignment allocation of the femtocell AP. CONSTITUTION: A peripheral information acquisition unit(110) obtains resource information allocated in different femtocell devices from neighboring femto cell devices. Using genetic algorithm, an optimal resource allocation unit(120) uses the resource information as a parameter. The optimal resource allocation unit generates a parameter set of optimal system conformity by using the parameter. An optimal resource broadcasting unit(130) propagates a corresponding resource allocation value to the different femtocell devices.
