<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroconductive yarn not only having excellent electroconductivity in the yarn length direction and environmental adaptability (low in temperature/moisture dependency of electroconductivity) but also suppressing the decrease of toner-removing property on a photoreceptor after long-term running by imparting fine crimp to fibers. <P>SOLUTION: The electroconductive yarn is a multifilament formed of fibers having an exposed electroconductive layer B on at least a part of a fiber surface layer, the electroconductive layer contains carbon black in a polyester whose main recurring structural unit is trimethylene terephthalate, and the multifilament is imparted with crimps and the average resistivity in the yarn length direction is 10<SP>2</SP>-10<SP>12</SP>Ω/cm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
