<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic-based composite member with which the mismatch of the coefficients of thermal expansion of a coating layer and a CMC substrate can be relaxed and the adhesion of the coating layer and the CMC substrate can be improved. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic-based composite member 10 having a substrate 1 composed of a ceramic-based composite material and the coating layer 3 has a stress relaxation layer 2 impregnated with a stress relaxation material having the coefficient of thermal expansion of the value between the substrate 1 and the coating layer 5 on the side 1a to be coated of the substrate 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
