<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic crusher preventing a crusher body from being swirled by non-intention of an operator which increases the energy efficiency of a hydraulic circuit, improves the fuel costs of a truck pump and suppresses a high pressure to be applied to the upper stream side of a hydraulic motor. <P>SOLUTION: In the hydraulic crusher having a hydraulic cylinder 10 for opening or closing a crushing arm and a hydraulic motor 5 for swirling the crusher body, hydraulic flow passages for opening or closing 61, 62 are connected from a working truck side to the hydraulic cylinder 10, a hydraulic flow passage for swirling 74 is connected to the hydraulic motor 5 through a pilot actuation check valve 49A, the hydraulic flow passage for opening or closing 61 is connected to the check valve 49A through pilot hydraulic flow passages 65, 66, a switching valve 30, a delay valve 40 and a pilot hydraulic flow passage 67, and the opening or closing of the pilot flow passage 66 is switched by operating the switching valve 30 according to the position of the hydraulic cylinder 10, and the opening or closing of the hydraulic flow passage for swirling 74 is switched through operating of the check valve 49A by the pilot pressure of the pilot hydraulic flow passage 67. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
