<p>A nitride semiconductor substrate is provided, having a concave or convex warpage on a front surface side, wherein when a rear surface side is placed on a flat surface, an average roughness of the rear surface at a part not in contact with the flat surface and at a part where a height from the flat surface to the rear surface is a prescribed value or more is set to be greater than an average roughness of the rear surface at a part where the height from the flat surface including a part in contact with the flat surface to the rear surface is less than the prescribed value.</p> |
