PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it extremely easy to install a door closing device and a braking device in a sliding door device by installing these as one unit in the sliding door device wherein a hanger member for a sash roller is equipped with the door closing device and the braking device. SOLUTION: The sash roller device includes: the sash rollers (20, 120) which are engaged on a rail (18) attached to the upper frame (16) of the sliding door (12); the hanger members (22, 122) which rotatably support the sash rollers, and are fixed to the sliding door so as to suspend the sliding door from the rail; the door closing devices (30, 130) having the first rotatable members (34, 130a) which are attached to the hanger members so as to rotate in association with opening and closing of the sliding door, and energy storage members (41, 141) which store a biasing force for retracting the sliding door in the door closing direction with the rotation of the first rotatable members when the sliding door is opened; the second rotatable members (52, 152) which are attached to the hanger members so as to rotate in association with the opening and closing of the sliding door; and the braking devices (32, 132) having a braking part for applying a braking force to the rotation of the second rotatable members when the sliding door is closed.
