PURPOSE: A method for producing metalized portions of plastic parts is provided to quickly form thick copper layers at high precipitation speed. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing metalized portions of plastic parts is characterized in that plastic parts are connected to a flexible carrier(1) through connection parts(2) the carrier contains both sides of the plastic parts and also serves as a conveyor belt. The conductive connection between the flexible carrier and the plastic parts are used for supplying electric current to form an electroplated and metalized portions. |
