PURPOSE: A producing method of medical herb fermented liquid using combined microorganisms, the medical herb fermented liquid, and fermented food using thereof are provided to inject lactobacillus, yeast, actinomyces, and Bacillus natto to medical herbs for increasing antioxidants. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of medical herb fermented liquid using combined microorganisms comprises the following steps: adding 0.1-1wt% of salt and lactobacillus to medical herbs, and firstly fermenting the mixture before extracting the medical herbs using the pressurize-distillation; aging and fermenting the obtained medical herb extract to obtain a first lactobacillus fermented product; adding 0.1-0.5wt% of water soluble propolis and lactobacillus to the first lactobacillus fermented product, and secondly fermenting the mixture to obtain a second lactobacillus fermented product; adding 0.5-2wt% of minerals and yeast to the second lactobacillus fermented product, and thirdly fermenting the mixture to obtain a third yeast fermented product; injecting actinomyces and Bacillus natto to the third yeast fermented product, and fourthly fermenting the mixture to obtain a fourth combined microorganism fermented product; and inserting 0.05-1wt% of glycerin into the fourth combined microorganism fermented product, high-speed dispersing the mixture for homogenizing, and fifthly fermenting the mixture.
