PURPOSE: A foot-and-mouth disease related recognition and knowledge survey method is provided to find a current state, recognition, an understanding degree about a foot-and-mouth disease through a structured survey, thereby constructing a data mart about the foot-and-mouth disease and efficiently analyzing a solution and a problem of foot-and-mouth disease research. CONSTITUTION: A feature factor understanding the foot-and-mouth disease is composed of recognition, disease knowledge, life habit, and a feature of an individual. A meaningful variable is selected through primary statistics with a survey.
