PURPOSE: A performance analysis and self inspection apparatus of a RF(Radio Frequency) system for mobile telecommunications is provided to reduce development costs by not using a measuring device and to easily analyze a cause of a problem of the RF system. CONSTITUTION: A block(A) comprises a MODEM(Modulation demodulation). A block(B) is comprised of a CPRI(Common Public Radio Interface), a DUC(Digital up Converter), a DDC(Digital down Converter), a CFR(Crest Factor Reduction), and a DPD(Digital pre-distortion). A block(C) is comprised of an AMP(Amplifier). A block(D) is comprised of a LAN(Low Noise Amplifier). A signal of each point is dumped in a memory of the block(B). The duped signal is established as a reference value. A CPU(Central Processing unit)(25) brings on the duped signal and analyzes it and measures power, an error vector magnitude, delay, and CCDF(Complementary Cumulative Distribution Function).
