PURPOSE: A structure of a fire partition is provided to minimize damage due to the spread of a fire and to facilitate the installation of the structure of a fire partition. CONSTITUTION: A structure of a fire partition comprises: an insulation layer(11) which includes one of rock wool, glass, ceramics, vermiculite, pearlite, and polyester insulating materials, a fireproof coating layer(12) which is coated with a fireproof elastic coating material including a fire-retardant and one of acryl latex and rubber latex, and a support stand(13) for fixing a fire partition(10) on the wall. The fire partition is formed into two layers and includes metal mesh(14).
