PURPOSE: A dye-sensitized solar cell including a barrier layer is provided to improve photo conversion efficiency by evaporating and crystallizing a magnesium oxide by using e-beam evaporator equipment. CONSTITUTION: A first transparent conductive film(120) is formed on a first substrate(110). A barrier layer(130) is formed on the first transparent conductive film. A porous film(140) is formed on the barrier layer. A electrolyte layer(150) and a conductive layer(160) are formed on the porous film. A second transparent conductive film(170) is formed on the conductive layer. A second substrate(180) is located on the second transparent conductive film. The barrier layer improves of the first substrate and the porous film and secludes direct contact of the first substrate and the electrolyte layer. |
