PURPOSE: An oil discharge and supply device is provided to automatically control an oil supply because intake/exhaust holes are automatically closed by a float body after oil is fully charged in an oil tank. CONSTITUTION: An oil discharge and supply device(100) comprises first pipe unit(10) and second pipe unit(30). The first pipe unit is installed in the outside of an oil tank and comprises a main valve(14) on the top and an air valve on a side. The first pipe unit receives air by an opening of the air valve and exhausts the air to outside by a closure of the main valve. The second pipe unit is thread-joined to the lower part of the first pipe unit. The second pipe unit is connected to the first pipe unit and installed in the inside of the oil tank. One or more intake/exhaust holes(32) penetrate through the peripheral surface of the second pipe unit and the intake/exhaust holes exhaust the air to an inner storing space of the oil tank by opening the air valve or inhales the air of the inner storing space of the oil tank by opening the main valve.
