PURPOSE: A cooking method of smoked dish using duck meat and pork is provided to enable users to simply cook the smoked dish, and to offer the original flavor and taste of the smoked dish. CONSTITUTION: A cooking method of smoked dish using duck meat and pork comprises the following steps: dressing the duck meat and the pork; cutting the duck meat and the pork into the thickness of 5mm; thinly layering the cut duck meat and the pork on a net for smoking the ingredients; and burning oak firewood under the net for smoking the duck meat and the pork for about 10 minutes.
