Method of confirming that iEpiSCs has been generated through direct reprogramming using X-GFP reporter system

摘要

PURPOSE: A method for generating induced blastoderm epithelial stem cells using X-GFP reporter system is provided to effectively obtain the stem cells. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting the generation of induced blastoderm epithelial stem cells(induced EpiSCs, iEpiSCs) through direct transdifferentiation comprises a step of isolating X-GFP-negative mouse embryonic fibroblast and inducing cell transdifferentition using cells containing X chromosome which carries GFP transgene.
