PURPOSE: A method for direct transdifferentiation of somatic cells into stem cells is provided to directly convert fibroblast into stem cells except for ESCs. CONSTITUTION: A method for direct transdifferentiation of somatic cells into induced blastoderm epithelial cells(induced EpiSCs) comprises: a step of treating the somatic cells with Oct-4, Sox2, c-Myc, and Klf4 and a step of treating the somatic cells with basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF), activin, or LIF(leukemia inhibition factor). The somatic cells are fibroblast. A composition for direct transdifferentiation of the somatic cells to induced blastoderm epithelial stem cells contains Oct-4, Sox2, c-Myc, and Klf4 and the antibody.
