PURPOSE: A functional food material using a Portulaca oleracea extract and perilla seeds is provided to use the Portulaca oleracea extract obtained by using supercritical carbon dioxide. CONSTITUTION: A functional food material using a Portulaca oleracea extract and perilla seeds is obtained by using a machine comprising the following: a cooler(120) cooling carbon dioxide inserted from a cylinder(100) at the temperature lower than 0 deg. C for liquefying; a high pressure liquid pump(130) receiving the liquefied carbon dioxide from the cooler, and applying the high-pressure; a heater pre-heating the carbon dioxide using a heat-exchanger(150); a reactor(180) including the heater and a magnetic drive device(170) for stirring; and a separation tank(200) including a filter(210).
