PURPOSE: A cargo hold and a ship with the same are provided to obtain various and accurate information on the size and direction of liquid flow due to the sloshing of liquid cargo and LNG receiving in a cargo hold. CONSTITUTION: A cargo hold(110) for a ship comprises a camera(140). The camera is installed in an liquid dorm opening(120). The camera detects the flow of fluid in the cargo hold and takes a photograph of image information. The camera sends the image information to a cab to monitor or stores the image information with data including sailing information. The camera is installed by using a pipe installed in the liquid dorm opening of the cargo hold.
