<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a polarization film with sufficient optical characteristics even when using a dye including 100 ppm or more of total potassium and calcium to the solid content of the dye. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a polarization film comprises: using a dye including 100 ppm or more of total potassium and calcium to the solid content of the dye, and adjusting the dyeing solution concentration to 0.00001 to 0.199 wt.%, the dyeing temperature to 60-80°C, and the tension applied to a dyeing base film to 25 kgf or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
