<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil component which can suppress saturation of a magnetic sheet, and simultaneously is superior in magnetic shield performance. <P>SOLUTION: The coil component has an annular coil, a first magnetic sheet provided so as to oppose to one side of the coil in a thickness direction thereof, and magnetic attraction means.
