<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a using amount of heat energy, to suppress a using amount of water, and to reduce plant operation cost, in cooling and distillation of reaction liquid obtained by allowing a raw material of an organic compound and an acid to act in supercritical water. <P>SOLUTION: In a method and an apparatus, when the reaction liquid is cooled gradually by a plurality of steps of cooling divided in series, and then, a plurality of steps of distillation divided in series is performed to obtain an object material, a heat medium used for the plurality of steps of cooling is communicated successively from the most downstream cooling step of the reaction liquid toward the most upstream cooling step, and the heat medium discharged from the most upstream cooling step is cooled by being used for temperature keeping or temperature rise of liquid discharged from the plurality of steps of distillation, and returned to the most downstream cooling step of the reaction liquid, to thereby circulate the heat medium, and further water obtained via a process for removing a solid portion, an organic matter and an acid from flowing liquid discharged from the most upstream distillation step in the plurality of steps of distillation is used as raw material water or reaction-quenching cooling water for stopping a reaction, to thereby circulate the water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
