<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food packaging material and a cooking vessel in which heat absorption with respect to a quartz heater or a ceramic heater used widely in cooking utensils such as a toaster oven is so improved as to enable the reduction of the heating cooking time and which can sufficiently make burn marks on the surface of food with ease. <P>SOLUTION: In the food packaging material or the cooking vessel, a base and a heat-absorbing layer are laid on each other in this order, and the heat-absorbing layer has a spectral reflectance of 0.1-35% in a wavelength band of 2.4-2.5 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
