<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deterioration diagnosis device for an insulator capable of specifying a deteriorated insulator in a short time without fail. <P>SOLUTION: After collecting data of sound pressure signals of sound generated by an insulator supporting an electric wire in a conduction state and data of images including the insulator by using a sound/image collecting unit 10, the deterioration diagnosis device for an insulator extracts sound pressure signals in a diagnostic bandwidth that is a frequency bandwidth being set in advance from the sound pressure signals thus collected by bandwidth data extracting means 32. Then, after sound source data including sound source directions (θ,ϕ) and sound pressure level are detected for each frequency from sound pressure signal data of the extracted sound by sound source direction estimating means 33, a deterioration diagnosis of the insulator is performed by using images for diagnosis, which are made by diagnostic image producing means 34 by compositing the sound source directions, the sound pressure level, and the data of the images. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
