<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a mechanism for supporting mounting a retroreflective material at a correct position in order to realize a portable electronic blackboard system. <P>SOLUTION: It is made possible to notify a user of an error in arrangement based on arrangement information on a retroreflective material detected by a position detection device.
