<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device capable of reducing a sidelobe level of radiation characteristics and maximizing a directivity gain, in an array antenna arranged in an installation region having a diameter substantially equal to or less than one wavelength of a reception wavelength. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of antenna elements 1-1 to 1-N and 2-1 to 2-M are arranged on an outer periphery 11 of an installation region having a diameter d1 substantially equal to or less than one wavelength of a reception wavelength and on an inner periphery 12 inside the outer periphery 11. A steering vector calculation part 5, an element pattern correlation matrix storage part 6 and an excitation amplitude and phase distribution calculation part 7 calculate an excitation amplitude and phase distribution I for maximizing a directivity gain by the respective antenna elements arranged in the installation region having the diameter d1 substantially equal to or less than one wavelength of the reception wavelength. Excitation processing and phase processing of each reception signal by the respective antenna elements are performed based on the excitation amplitude and phase distribution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
