<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal scroll compressor at low cost by eliminating a member for reducing an amount of move out of oil. <P>SOLUTION: In the horizontal scroll compressor of a high pressure chamber type, an outer peripheral gas communicating passage of a gas compression part is constituted between a closed container and a fixed scroll, an outer peripheral gas communicating passage of a frame is constituted between the closed container and the frame, an outer peripheral gas communicating passage of an electric motor part is constituted between the closed container and a stator, an outer peripheral gas communicating passage of a partition plate is constituted between the closed container and the partition plate, and angle positions around a crankshaft of respective outer peripheral gas communicating passage are matched. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
