<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-static agent for an active energy-ray curing type resin composition which is capable of reducing the surface resistance, and to provide the active energy-ray curing resin composition containing the anti-static agent. <P>SOLUTION: The active energy-ray curing type resin composition in which is expressed by formula (1) and/or by the dialkyl phosphoric ester type thereof.
