<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air intake device capable of suppressing an increase in temperature of cooled intake air. <P>SOLUTION: A surge tank 71 includes a second flange portion 202 connected to a cylinder head 32, and a body portion 70 in which a housing space 700 communicating with a passage of an air intake port 311 is formed. An intercooler 61, which is housed in the housing space 700, includes a refrigerant flow passage 613 in which refrigerant flows, and a vent passage in which intake air flows, and cools the intake air by the refrigerant.
