<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing man-hours in the case of provision of both a dimmer function and an image correction function. <P>SOLUTION: A display control device 10 is configured as follows. An illuminance sensor 11 uses a first resistance 113 to output a first illuminance value and uses a second resistance 114 having a larger detection range than a first circuit to output a second illuminance value, and an illuminance value correction unit 14b uses a correction coefficient for correcting the first illuminance value to correct both the first illuminance value and the second illuminance value. A dimmer control unit 14d controls an amount of light emission of a backlight 22 irradiating a display panel 21, on the basis of the first illuminance value corrected by the illuminance value correction unit 14d, and a direct projection correction unit 14c improves visibility of an image displayed on the display panel 21, on the basis of the second illuminance value corrected by the illuminance value correction unit 14b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
