<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for aligning a nanowire with predetermined length in a predetermined direction and at a predetermined position and a method for separating out a nanowire with predetermined length. <P>SOLUTION: The method for aligning a nanowire at a predetermined position on a circuit board comprises sequential steps of: preparing a substrate having twin fixing sections separated at a predetermined distance from each other for fixing both ends of the nanowire; preparing a nanowire having at both ends a connecting section for forming a specific connection to the fixing section on the substrate; dispersing a liquid containing the nanowire over the substrate to connect the connecting section of the nanowire to the fixing section on the substrate; and flowing a fluid at nearly right angle to the opposite direction of the twin fixing sections. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
