<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a transmitter which, even when a signal transmitted from some transmission antenna cannot be received on receiver side, can decode high priority data based on part of received signals. <P>SOLUTION: A transmitter according to the present invention comprises an error correction coding unit 101 which codes high priority data for error correction; a copy unit 111 which copies an information bit sequence out of the high priority data which has been coded for error correction; a rearrangement unit 112 which rearranges a check bit sequence out of the high priority data which has been coded for error correction and turns the information bit sequence into a decodable sequence by using part of the rearranged check bit sequence; and an interleaver 121 which, to ensure that generated sequences are the same in number as transmission antennas, and by using each divided sequence, divides the information bit sequence to make it decodable and combines the divided sequences and the information bit sequence to generate a transmission sequence. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
