PURPOSE: An aqueous flexible foam board is provided to improve heat insulation, sound absorption, and soundproof properties by attaching the board to a wall surface or ceiling surface of a building. CONSTITUTION: An aqueous flexible foam board is comprised as follows: An aqueous flexible foam board frame with holes is prepared. Aqueous flexible foam is jetted to the holes of the aqueous flexible foam board frame. The jetted aqueous flexible foam is foamed to fill the aqueous flexible foam board frame. The aqueous flexible foam board frame is disassembled to take the foamed flexible foam board out of the aqueous flexible foam board frame.
