PURPOSE: A pulse tube structure is provided to improve the performance of a pulse tube refrigerator as the temperature of a low temperature area is lower than the existing temperature by a Teflon coating. CONSTITUTION: A pulse tube structure(10) comprises a high temperature part and a low temperature part. Working gas moves up and down in the pulse tube, and a heat exchange occurs so that the pulse tube is divided into the low temperature area and high temperature area. The Teflon(20) is coated on the inner surface of the pulse tube to prevent the heat in the high and low temperature areas from becoming transferred to the wall of the pulse tube. The thickness of the Teflon is 50~60μm. The Teflon is welded on the inner surface of the pulse tube. The inner periphery of the pulse tube is below 10cm.
