BAGGED ELECTRODE MANUFACTURING DEVICE, AND BAGGED ELECTRODE MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a bagged electrode by reducing a cycle time required for bagging an electrode between a pair of separators.

SOLUTION: A device 100 for manufacturing a bagged electrode 20 has: a conveyance part 200 for sequentially overlaying an electrode 40 and a pair of separators 30 from a front end in a conveying direction while conveying them; and a joint part (first joint part 300) for jointing side edges of the pair of the separators 30. In this manufacturing device, jointing while moving the joint part so that a relative speed difference to a conveying speed of a workpiece W approaches to zero is repeated multiple times from the front end in the conveying direction.
