PURPOSE: A mobile terminal using the sharable content object reference model standard, a learning managing system and a learning managing method are provided to consistently manage learning information of a user through a learning server even in case that the user learns by using downloaded learning contents. CONSTITUTION: A learning server(200) provides learning contents. The learning server manages learning information of a user about the learning contents. When the learning contents are played, a mobile terminal(100) generates the learning information as a non sharable content object reference model type. The mobile terminal converts the learning information into a sharable content object reference model(SCORM) type. The mobile terminal transmits the converted learning information to the learning server.
