<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface protective film which is pasted on the surface of equipment in order to prevent the surface of an electronic component such as a liquid crystal display from being damaged and soiled with rubbish attached during transportation or in the manufacturing line or the like, the surface protective film being characterized in that it is effective for suppression of wrinkles generation on a film and damage during film rewinding on a roller or feeding from the roller and does not hinder the flaw inspection of the display even while pasted on the surface of the display or the like. <P>SOLUTION: Particularly, the surface protective film including a laminated film having an adhesive layer on one surface of a polymer support and a layer containing a polymer crosslinked particle on the other surface is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
