<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt device and a vehicle seat without generating a clearance between adjacent seats by a part for constituting the seat belt device when formed as a flat seat. <P>SOLUTION: This seat belt device includes a first buckle 34 arranged under a tongue insertion port 32 opening on a side near upper surface of a seat back 24, a second buckle 36 capable of protruding-retreating from between a seat cushion 22 and the seat back 24 under the first buckle 34, a third buckle 38 capable of protruding-retreating to an upper surface of the seat cushion 22 on the opposite side of the second buckle 36, a first tongue 42 for extracting one end side of seat belt webbing 40 so as to engage with the first buckle 34, a second tongue 44 held on the other end of the seat belt webbing 40 so as to engage with the second buckle 36, and a third tongue 46 movable to the seat belt webbing 40 between the first and second tongues 42 and 44 so as to detachably engage with the third buckle 38. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
