<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nitrile rubber composition used for forming a rubber layer of a rubber-metal laminated plate, and allowing a reduction in occurrence of streak defects on the rubber layer surface applied onto a metal plate and vulcanization unevennesses etc., after vulcanization of rubber. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the nitrile rubber composition including 5-40 pts.wt. of silica, 0.5-5.0 pts.wt. of a silane coupling agent and 0.5-5.0 pts.wt. of an amide-based wax based on 100 pts.wt. of a nitrile rubber. Since the amide-based wax is compounded together with the silane coupling agent in the nitrile rubber composition, aggregation of the silica in a rubber cement for application onto the metal plate is effectively prevented. In addition, the time to confirm an aggregate in a rubber cement solution obtained by dissolving or dispersing the nitrile rubber composition in an organic solvent is as long as 72 h, e.g., at normal temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
