DATA COLLECTION SYSTEM THROUGH SATELLITE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of speedily and reliably collecting data through a satellite by a transmission signal from a sensor with a function of a compact terminal which has a reduced size and weight comparable to a portable telephone with a GPS.

SOLUTION: A system enables observation data from various environment observation sensors 11 positioned on the sea or in a mountain to be effectively collected through a satellite 12 having a large-sized reflector antenna 13 excellent in reception performance. The environmental observation sensor 11 has a size as well as a transmitting/receiving function equal to a portable terminal with a GPS in addition to a predetermined environment data observation function and can obtain environment observation data as data corresponding to positional information on a position where the environment observation sensor is stationed.
