<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replace firmware of a hypervisor while an information processor operates without depending upon a redundant configuration. <P>SOLUTION: An information processor currently executes firmware of a hypervisor 1a in a first memory area in a step S1, and stores firmware of a hypervisor 1b in a second memory area in a step S2. The information processor issues an inhibition instruction of a hypervisor call from the hypervisor 1a in a step S3. The information processor also rewrites designation information 3 for designating a memory area in which firmware of a hypervisor executed by the information processor is stored from a value for designating the first memory area to a value for designating the second memory area in a step S4. The information processor further starts to execute the firmware of the hypervisor 1b according to the rewriting of the designation information 3 in the step S4, and issues a release instruction for releasing the inhibition instruction from the hypervisor 1b in a step S5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
