A process for production of condensed suspension of juice of I saturation for its getting back to pre-defecation provides the pre-defecation of diffusion juice, main defecation, I-st saturation, cooperative processing of mud juice of the I-st saturation with vapor and flocculating agent, one-stage filtering on filter press, II-nd saturation, and filtering. The condensed suspension of juice of I-st saturation for getting back to pre-defecation is produced from part of unfiltered juice of I-st saturation by means of centrifugal forces, after that it is additionally contracted and oversaturated to the value pH 8.8-9.0, and isolated phase is directed together with another part of unfiltered juice of I-st saturation into collector before filter press. |
