<p>PURPOSE: A working electrode for a dye-sensitized solar cell and a producing method thereof are provided to increase optical conversion efficiency by forming multiple titanium oxide layers as a diffraction layer on the titanium oxide layer on which dye is adsorbed. CONSTITUTION: Provided is a transparent conductive substrate(1). A working electrode layer(5) is formed on the transparent conductive substrate. A second titanium oxide layer(3) is formed on the working electrode layer. The second titanium oxide layer is formed into a thickness of 100nm-1000nm by using RF magnetron sputtering. A third titanium oxide layer(4) is formed on the second titanium oxide layer.</p> |
