<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus using a resource allocation and acquisition method is provided to effectively allocate resources for a multiple element carrier wave of multiple cells by variably constructing a resource allocation unit. CONSTITUTION: An eNB(evolved-NodeB) constructs an element carrier sub-group from the element carrier wave of an element carrier group(S1010). When the size information of an RB(Resource Block) group for the sub-group is determined and transmitted, the eNB transmits the size of the RB group for the sub-group and the element carrier wave sub-group or a cell sub-group information to UE(User Equipment)(S1020,S1030). The eNB transmits the information of the element carrier wave sub-group or the cell sub-group to the UE(S1040).
