摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein since a microwave oven takes water heating system, water contained in food material becomes vapor and escapes above 100&deg;C, and even if high temperature is attained taking much time, the food material becomes dry, when potato is heated, the water content is lowered to remarkably impair texture and also there is the danger that an egg ruptures, then the microwave oven is required to achieve delicious, good texture, sanitary and safe high temperature cooking. <P>SOLUTION: When a food material is heated in the simple construction of covering with metallic silicon of porous structure in a heating vessel by the microwave oven, the metallic silicon becomes high temperature above 200&deg;C or more in a short time, so that although the covered food material becomes high temperature, the moisture is kept and amplified 80% or more and the food material is evenly heated, resulting in texture improvement. Thus, in the roast sweet potato, moisture is kept at high temperature and texture is not impaired. No rupture of husk of the egg occurs. The metallic silicon has high hardness so that it does not wear and it has long life, it does not contain heavy metal, and it has sterilizing action to destructive fungus.
