<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membership certificate issuing system for protecting personal information, and for issuing a membership certificate without sending it. <P>SOLUTION: In a membership certificate issuing system 5, a membership certificate issuing device 1 includes: an input part 14 for accepting a predetermined operation by a user: a two-dimensional code output part 15 for outputting a code including access destination information to an information management device 2 and specification information to specify the membership certificate issuing device 1 in response to a predetermined operation in the input part 14; and a membership certificate issuing part 16 for issuing a membership certificate. The information management device 2 includes: a registration part 231 configured so as to be accessed on the basis of access destination information included in the code from a portable telephone set 3 which has read the code, and to register predetermined information relating to a user input from the portable telephone set 3; and an instruction part 232 configured to transmit an instruction to issue a membership certificate based on the information registered by the registration part 231 via a communication network 4 to the membership certificate issuing device 1 to be specified on the basis of the specification information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
